Fees are $160 for on-site applications, $25 for building permits outside the designated flood hazard boundary area and $25 per 1,000 square feet of heated and cooled area in a designated flood hazard boundary area. The fees listed are for the application and are non-refundable.

A pre-construction meeting is required for any development in the designated flood hazard boundary area

Authorization to construct is granted upon a favorable review at which time construction may commence.
