Effective immediately on all civil/family cases: To set cases on the docket you are required to request the dates in writing, agree on a date with the opposing attorney/party and both parties need to confirm in writing they agree on the setting date, amount of time and type of hearing. A notice of hearing must then be efiled and a copy of the Notice sent to me with a certificate of conference included. Your case will not be added to a docket until all these steps are completed and I receive the Notice.
eFILING is available for CIVIL, FAMILY, CRIMINAL & PROBATE.
Please efile ALL Proposed Orders with the County or District Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
