All Burnet County Guardianship cases are heard by Judge Henson.
As required under Section 1163.101 of the Estates Code, Guardians shall file an annual report showing the condition of the Ward. If you have questions regarding your reporting period, please contact the court at burnetccal@burnetcountytexas.org.
The Guardian's Annual Report on the Condition and Well-Being of a Ward will be mailed to the Guardian annually. Once complete, the report will need to be filed with the Burnet County Clerk’s Office. To request new letters please contact the Clerk’s Office.
